New Archbishop of Westminster ?

Ruth Gledhill (Religion correspondent) of the Times tells us that Archbishop Vincent Nicholls is a "church traditionalist and papal favourite tipped as new Archbishop of Westminster" in todays Times (News page 11). The article in times2 by Simon Caldwell is far more intersting talking as it does of the reasons why he is not Archbishop (of Westminster)already.
